When using this function on a small-grid Wheel 3x3:

With Integrity = 0 the wheel is destroyed (Seems correct).

With Integrity = 1 the wheel is at 0% health. Though it is still there and can be repaired. This should have put health to 100%

With Integrity = 10000 the wheel is at ~750% health (Number from memory).

On other blocks different things happen. Though the results are not correct or even uniform.
