Visual glitch/desync issue on official server

My friend and I have been having problems on the Keen AU server with:
- stone occasionally refusing to stay drilled
- certain blocks showing as unpowered, even though they clearly are (eg. connected blocks still work, medical room still charges suit even though apparently unpowered)
- gravity generator showing as turned off (including in hud) yet it still provides gravity
- camera glitching heavily
