Visual Glitch - Drills stop spinning after holding mouse down

Using a drill group On/Off on toolbar. Drills are on, spinning, and mining ore.
Using the Block Tools selection the drills stop and start spinning with the mouse clicks but the group is still on.
Stop holding the mouse button the drills stop spinning visually but are still able to mine ore since the group is still On.
Turning off and on drills resets the spinning.
