Very weird Glitch causing grids and blocks to rotate

A friend and me were playing on our dedicated Server,when we tried to build a kind of Hanging,wheels supported hangar door. First everything seemed fine, rotors were build,wheels added,but the moment we started to build the hangar door ontop of the wheels,it glitched out.

I added a two Gifs and a Youtube link. I dont really have the chance to record it. Im also not good in explaining how it exactly happened since my main language is german. But i hope someone else can recreate it and explain it better!

I also made a screenshot of the setup.Its simple! Just gotta set the rotor distance of both to minimum so a block can be placed inbetween the wheels and the fun begins!

It happens on single player with no mods aswell!

Although with our server it suddenly gets triggered, and not totally sure if its the same issue
