Vending machines reset to default on every game load.

All custom vending machines reset on every game load, after the 6th anniversary update, not the stores, just the vending machines.
I had been playing with, using the vending machines, and loading games without error for three days prior to the hotfix. Pretty annoying bug tbh... took hours setting up machines for the world.
Custom survival world with admin tools enabled, ai disabled, and custom factions. I can reproduce the bug on my savegame, anytime I put in an offer and restart the game, vending machine resets to default with no offers.
I have the same bug
