Vending Machine deletes offers after some time

I have loaded it up with inventory and used administration to create offers, they are there, then later they are not and the items are still in there. All the offers are gone.

i confirm this - after reloading a save the vending machines offers are deleted

Yes, same thing is happening for me, very annoying bug with what I'm trying to achieve. Sent in my game logs, hope it helps in some way so I can continue my build. Thank you.

"All custom vending machines reset on every game load, after the 6th anniversary update, not the stores, just the vending machines.
I had been playing with, using the vending machines, and loading games without error for three days prior to the hotfix. Pretty annoying bug tbh... took hours setting up machines for the world.
Custom survival world with admin tools enabled, ai disabled, and custom factions. I can reproduce the bug on my savegame, anytime I put in an offer and restart the game, vending machine resets to default with no offers."
