Vehicle floating - Physics issue

I created a large ground vehicle and it is floating above ground so I am unable to drive it. Is there some mod or debug menu item I can use to correct this issue.

I have the exact same bug on Multiple Saves? Any way this can be fixed please! Also tried to attach an image to this post so you could see the issue and well the website loads the attachment and then removes it straight away it’s only a small JPEG!
