Using Experimental mode yet mods will not load.

When using mods with the experimental mode on it will not download mods. Sometimes states that the mods check-box needs to be checked in world menu but when going to that menu there is no check box for mods. Most times it will load and not download mods period, yet all my blueprints are still there.
