"Use Conveyor System" for O2/H2 Generator bugged

Despite disabling "Use Conveyor System", ice is still burned to fill up hydrogen/oxygen tanks. The hydrogen or oxygen must travel through the conveyor system to get to the tanks, so it is still "using" the conveyor system.
This is pertinent when using a H2/02 generator to provide hydrogen and oxygen for a ship. Ideally, you could keep a store of ice in the H2/02 generator to provide hydrogen and oxygen as needed. However, when docking with a station, the H2/O2 generator currently burns all the ice to fill up the station's tanks, even if you try to disable the use of the conveyor system. So, the ship loses all of its ice reserves.
