Updated ModSDK Character Models

There's now multiple armatures in the game that don't match the files provided in the mod SDK. Having these armatures exist/be accurate is critical for allowing modders to create modded animations for them.
The female armature is completely missing. Even if it's very similar to the male armature it should be added.
The male armature is missing the facial rig, prohibiting the animation of the face without extensive fiddling.
