Update 1.197, slowness

Same experience with 5 different accounts , so relaying the common experience
1 ) The same save now takes 11 minutes to loads vs the 3 minutes it used too (empty space, just a large ship)
2) Large blueprints do not load anymore in multiplayer or take an unreasonable amount of time to load for players (several tens minutes vs a some seconds before)
3) servers stability has decreased dramatically for all client
4) the game unloads forever ...... I have to force quit it
