Unknown Signals deleting less then a second after spawning

You guys fixed this in the last update but now it is back again. Both strong and weak signals show momentarily and then blink out most of the time, but not always. I have not noticed a pattern as to why it happens most of the time but not always. This is on Keen NA#2 server.
