Unable to stand still or walk in straight line

Two days in a row myself and others around my base experience Lag/jerkiness while running. Yesterday it was only when running up stairs but now its everytime i walk or run. jet pack is normal. Its like rubber banding but jerky.
added..... when i step on the base i act like im "on Ice" the second i step off the base its fine...
