Unable to rename Save file

In Version 1.194 When I created a new save file I jumped right into the game. Played for a bit then exited and attempted to rename the save file. The response it gave was, "There was an error trying to rename your world. Please check your saves folder for any problems." The world that I was trying to rename was a solar system world. My startup was an escape ship on Triton.

I've found a workaround in the meantime.
1. Select world to rename in the load game screen
2. Click "Backups"
3. Select the most recent backup save file
4. Click "Save As" on the left-hand sidebar
5. Enter new name in the dialogue.
6. Confirm that this new game loads correctly
7. Delete the original save file
