Unable to blueprint since Holiday 2019 update

I've been trying to copy blueprints from stations to ships. I've tried copying (Ctrl+C) in creative which works but no matter if I change it or not I just get the blueprint menu when I Ctrl+B but nothing happens. I've searched my blueprint menu and can't find any updates. This occurs over multiple saves and new worlds, doesn't do anything.
