UK#1 PCU Limit

On the UK#1 server the pcu limit is 20k that is nowhere near enough for one player to be able to build a base AND a ship, if the limit were increased, that would be great, but at the moment, No one can build anything becuase the most simple things like doors and pistons are stupidly expensive. Please fix this

Same for EU1, but personally I'd prefer more player slots over more pcu per player.
