Trouble logging onto Keen Mp Uk Servers

Hi guys, right now i'm having major trouble logging into any of the Uk
servers, for some reason i can hear the sounds of the game as though it's
connected but that's it, all i get the log on wheels just keep going around
and the message loading please wait is all i see please help
have run speed test and getting 110 Mb/s on download and 5.5 Mb/s on
the upload
