Traiding - Player to Player Faction not possible

I have the problem, if i create my own faction and build store-, contract- or ATM-block (set to "share with faction" and "anyone can use"). An other player with her own faction (not in my faction) or without faction can not use my traiding stuff.
If i join a NPC-Traiding faction, then can other player use my traiding blocks with the settings "share with faction" and "anyone can use") , but with my own faction, nobody can use the traiding functions of my blocks.
I have the same bug
Have the same issue on Keen UK #7 Server. The way to fix this is, that your faction has to friends with other faction (aka.: have proposed a peace to each other). Otherwise other faction won't be able to access the block, even if "Anyone can use" option is enabled. In my opinion it is a misleading name for a function, that it doesn't do what it says it should!
Plus, same with "Safe Zone" block. There is no "Allow everyone to enter" function either. You have to update whitelist constantly. Otherwise, running your own Trading station is pointless because no one can go pass through the shield. And no one can use Store or Contracts blocks, if they don't belong to any faction that has proposed a peace to yours.
