Trade stations/pirates/cargo ships

Won't Fix

Cannot access trade stations to trade. I am either neutral or friendly but it says "access denied" when I attempt to go into the station to trade. Can't even get through the front door. Also an unrelated matter.....all cargo ships and space pirates are gone. No mayday signals or ships from earth to mars. Site will not let me include save file. Will be giving negative rating for game on steam store until these things are fixed.

USNB base says access denied. Am neutral with faction. Also cargo ships running into planets

Hello,

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported? We would appreciate a video and save of your world. To report a bug into our system it is necessary to have reliable steps to reproduce in order for programmers to fix it.

If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

Any additional information would be greatly appreciated!

I play offline most of the time as I don't have constant access to the internet. As for the problems if you start your own game and find a USNB station and attempt to enter through the front door it will say "access denied" no matter if you are friendly or neutral with them so you will not be able to trade with them. I think it maybe an ownership problem with the faction. The other problem.......I made a 5 hour flight from earth to mars and I didn't see any mayday signals or cargo ships at all which is one of the other bug reports I posted. I usually see many of both. None of these problems appeared until the update with triton so I assume the new update has something to do with it

Are you sure you are not part of 'first colonist's' faction? When I started a game as part of premade 'first colonist's' faction I had same issue with access. Once I created my own faction, the issue went away.

No I don't have a faction. It's a vanilla solar system

I appreciate this thread is quite old. Is this still an issue that persists with you? If it has since been resolved, I will close this for you. If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please supply a copy of the world?

You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
