Timerblock, block Acces and convert bypass

Hey,
i can turn on/off a not owned safe zone/reactor/battery/controlseat/convert to ship and station via a timerblock
If i weld a timerblock on a hostile grid i can change things that i dont have acces to in the inventory menu.
Multiplayer :
I had a hostile player build a grid for me with a safe zone and reactor ect.
and then i made a timerblock on his grid and got acces to blocks in the timerblock "setup actions menu"
