The last person to connect and sit in a seat/cockpit is the only one able to interact with it

so we have a problem pestering our dedicated server where as the last person to connect or really any person who sits down in a vehicle will be the only one able to control the vehicle/grid tested with everything from pistons,rovers,ships, Especially parking breaks. the secound person to get in the vehicle can try to put on/off brakes but nothing will happen.
also if i dident make this clear enough its kinda game breaking for the multiplayer aspect
I have the same bug
after some research i found out that on cockpits specifically you can regain control by going into cockpit settings and retagging either control thrursters or parking brakes this however takes a considerable ammount of time as you cant bind it cause then it dosent work
