The hole falling thru blocks thing

The Hole falling thru blocks in survival is getting might i say annoying I my self have lost ammo tools and resources in this or because of this bug i would love for it to be fixed because i am taking a 1 and a-million chance when i walking out the door
Also happens when i am in space (with helmet off) and i fall thru the ship AND DIE
I have the same bug
