Sun shines through everything for a single specific direction
This is a very strange bug but it seems to happen for any world and any save as far as I can tell. There is always a certain direction your character can face and it makes the Sun shine through whatever voxels or grids that should be blocking it. Without modding to help give you the directional vector (I do mod stuff), I can't tell you what the special direction is. It is very exact whatever it is. Its actually quite hard to aim for it just right. Rather often when you rotate your view you see the sun flash momentarily as you pass it.
I have to believe you guys have seen this to be honest. Unless its some very strange issue with my drivers/setting/etc....
Let me know if you need more info and I'll try to get it. I'll give it guess now. Could it be Character direction equals Vector3D.Zero when it happens? Just a thought.

Please make sure you are running an unmodded world and please supply some screenshots of what you are experiencing and a save file from the affected world too. This way, I can compare if I am getting the same result. I had a look through a previous related post here https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/topic/sun-shining-through-everything although not limited to a certain direction. This user experienced the sun shining through blocks. It may be worth having a look through my colleague's response to find how this was resolved. Could you also supply your system specifications? Is this happening on certain graphical settings?
