Submit feedback on support.keenswh.com throws sql error

After a ticket was open for 13 months, I got a response from someone at Keen about 12 days ago.
I went in to submit a response to their response and the the follow SQL error from the forum app itself:
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field 'context' doesn't have a default value
