Subgrid Thruster Power

Reproduction Rate: 7 out of 7
Affected Version: 1.192.020
Reproduction steps:
1. Create any grid with power.
2. Attach rotor to grid, then atmospheric thruster to new subgrid on rotor
3. Check idle power output (9.15kw)
4. Increase thruster override to max.
5. Check power output (3.5kw)
Observed behavior:
Power output is slightly reduced with increased use of thruster on subgrid.
Expected behavior:
Power output should increase with increased use of thruster on subgrid.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue exactly, I have the same Current output in both cases, which is bug as well. I already reported that issue and someone is probably going to look at it soon. I believe it will fix also this.
We will update the thread once we have more information.

Should be fixed in v192.1.
