[v1.197.074] Stuck in "offline" mode
As of the hotfix on January 20, 2021, my Space Engineers is acting like its in offline mode.
My saves don't show up from the Steam cloud, my mods from the workshop do not show, I can't edit my character, I can't join a server and I can't create a private server,
If I try to edit my character, it says " {0} is offline". If I try to join a server or create one, it says I have to be logged into a user account.
I have restarted steam, my pc, verified my files and re-installed the game twice. Steam is 100% in online mode and I have no issues using any of their services or playing other Steam games online.
The last time I played was on 1/19 and I did not touch the game again until the afternoon of 1/20 when I came across this issue.
The current version is 1.197.074. My main menu says "Service not available" in the news box and at the very bottom right, it says 1.197.074 SVN.
The game is effectively unplayable until this is resolved.

As we updated Steamworks SDK to newest version (because of the Steam API update that requires it) there could be some conflicts in rare situations.
