stuck in game start loading screen (frost bite)

Hello,
since the Frost Bite update i get stuck in the small loading screen after pressing the icon to start the game. PC ist working in the background and about 20 % of the RAM is dedicated to the game while loading.
I tried to start an older beta version (v1.193) and it started without problems within seconds. So im sure it has to do with newest update.
What i tried:
restarting steam and reboot the computer
reinstalling the game (complete new download)
waiting for about 30 min in the loading screen (as said the beta v: 1-193 started within seconds)
PC specs:
Intel i5-3570K / 16 GB RAM / Geforce 660Ti / Windows 7
