Stretch Armstrong becomes a Space Engineer
Won't Fix
The picture says it all. Vanilla, creative, empty space. In spectator I piloted a drone up to my character as my character's hand was in the ready to place block position. Backed the drone away and my character's hand followed. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1487830597916490737/434E3D2F0349CFF8C8F56559ECDDD8118FDBACC0/
Hello,
I was not able to reproduce your issue, the picture does nto say it all however.
When you say spectator, you mean you entered spectator (F8) with your character ready to place a block and then Shift+K to get remote control screen, then controlled the drone and entered its camera and flew towards the character and then backed away?
Can you provide step by step instructions on how to achieve this and if possible the blueprint of the drone, save where this is hapening and a video of this happening to you?
Does it happen in SP, DS or Lobby?
Thank you for the additional information and have a nice day,
Keen QA

You said it exactly, step by step. Single player, creative. Drone is very basic. I was able to reproduce it with the blue vanilla starter ship by adding a remote block and antenna and doing the exact same thing. Character ready to place a block, F8, take remote control of ship, fly up to character until it touched the character's hand and back away.

The part with the "stretching arm" also happened to Splitsie in his latest video.
I've linked to the video a few seconds before: https://youtu.be/wCXiITHWAQU?t=1715

Hello, Molten!
I appreciate this thread is quite old. Is this still an issue that persists for you? We had a similar thread which I wasn't able to reproduce. If this is still an issue, could you please supply a copy of your world and the blueprint for your drone? If it no longer persists, I will close this thread for you :)
Kind Regards

Hello, Engineers!
Because there is no new comment from you, and we are unable to reproduce the issue on our own, I will close this thread now as outdated.
If you or any other player will experience this issue again, please make a new thread and provide all needed info there.
Thank you for understanding.
