Strange platform issue I experience

Hi,
I have created a platform, existing of 2 pistons that are merged as one, pushing up a platform.
Attached to this you will find:
- See here platform not working (World save game)
- See here platform is working perfect (World save game)
The names explain it all.

The world I have now abandoned. I think there's something bugged in that world. But to hopefully fix this in the future, I hope you can find why and it won't happen again.

So ok, I've tried:
- CTRL+C and CTRL+V the new pasted platform had same issue in that world.
- Create blueprint from platform, exited save, reloaded save, pasted in blueprint. Same issue in that world.
