Strange asteroid deformation
So i have over 300 hours ingame of which i spent most playing Lone survivor scenario on default setings . I stayed on the starting asteroid for most of that building and learning how to play. I only went around the space to mine resources and hunt AI ships. Never had much issues apart from ice growing over one of my doors one time.
So i found this large asteroid close by and decided to build a large shipyard there and relocate eventualy, since the starting asteroid got too small for my building needs.
By now i have spent some 10-20 hours on the new asteroid building a grinder pit and a system of refineries/assemblers ans whatever.
The strange thingh is that the asteroid started out as a smooth surface with normal asteroid shapes and features and despite beeing 1 km in lenght i could only find a few ore locations.
But now every time i log out or in the surface seems to change. There are strange spherical shapes growing on the asteroid that look like tumors.
They have a small speck of ore in the center and a spherical shaped stone formation around. They also all seem to be facing in the same direction.
They appear in the parts which i have excavated, they grow over my blocks and its generaly extremly annoying.
For now i am "curing" theese tumors with mining and explosives, but its geting unplayable.
I need a fast and straight answer on how to fix it before i spend any more time on this project.
One thingh is i did notice they started to appear in larger numbers after i first time used the alt or cntrl +f10 menu to clean up debris and floating objects, i always assumed that destroyed ai ships get deleted automaticaly, but i was wrong. I found parts of ships floating around even 3000km away lol.
So....thank you all and help me.

The deformation in your image are meteor impact. Te prevent meteor you can change the world setting to "safe". If you world setting is already "safe" then this would be a bug.
