Steam Cloud won't show blueprints ingame but local "cloud" folder

Dear Staff of Keen Software:
Hello!
Steam Cloud for blueprint seems to have a bug on showing the blueprint ingame which I can see the saved blueprint in local "cloud" folder. For the existing cloud blueprint, I can normally save and load it. Steam Cloud space is not even used that much, not full at all.
Please fix it.
