Steam Cloud enabled does nothing

Check the box, try to play on another PC, no saves show up. Been having the issue for a year now, hoping it would get fixed. I switch devices a lot now, so it would be nice for this feature to work.
My favorite game to play! i just want it to be easier to play it.

This is a big deal for me too as I swap between my work PC and my home PC every day. Remembering to copy the saves every time is an issue for a game that says it supports Steam Cloud. To be fair, I'm not sure it's working for any of my games, on any of my PC's. Screenshots are no longer uploading either. I honestly believe this may be a Steam issue.

It works on all my other games, just not SE. Which is the only game I want to play a lot of.
