Spotlight Light Beam Constantly Visible When Set to Blink

When the spotlight is on and set to blink, the light beam will stay visible constantly and only the light on the spotlight itself and the surroundings surfaces blinks.

G: 255
B: 255
Radius: 120.0
Intensity: 5.0
Offset: 0.5
Blink Interval: 2.0s
Blink Length: 2.5%
Blink Offset: 0.0%
