Spectator Cam - Vertical Lighting

spectator cam has been like this for over a month now. i've fully nuked the install on this win10 pc, cleared all appdata etc. it just seems like for whatever reason even in new worlds+no mods the spectator cam has vertical lights - driving me nuts because it lights up areas pretty poorly. image attached :)

did some testing of previous versions - issue appears in v1.182 onwards. v1.181 and previous are fine.

Checked back after the 1.189 update, still the same issue on a new installation. Looks like someone else had this too around the same time and it's not fixed sadly https://steamcommunity.com/app/244850/discussions/0/1471967615877680297/

Are there any logfiles etc or anything you'd like me to provide to help get it fixed?

Bump- Spectator mode lights should be either horizontal or a single large light ( that stays ON when leaving and re-entering spectator mode unless you toggle it off by choice ).

I refuse to believe this is any more than a 5 minute fix- why has it taken nearly a year and nothing been done?
