Spawning at neutral grid.

Above is a YouTube vid set at a time just before I die from a drone attack. I was able to respawn at a Neutral med bay on a derelict ship that was owned by no one. I'm pretty sure that was a bug, and that I should not have been able to spawn there.
I also added some screenshots, illustrating my point.
I have the same bug 
well , call it a lucky incident that the derelict grid was near your fights location + still powered and not damaged! so it's not really a bug, as the grid is owned by no one and therefor accessible by everyone, but it has somehow todo with the owner system

You won’t like respawn and you complaining about it? nice?
To your knowledge - these types of derelict ships spawn and despawn all the time around you.
you simply didnt notice them.
It is really hard to find one purprosely. usually you accidentally run into it while traveling.
There are few types of them. SOME of them has power, some dont.
Some has beacons \ 'antennas to inditcate their position, some of them don’t.
You got REALLY lucky there that you were able to SPAWN on one of them. i'd say it was epic moment my friend
