Space Pirates & cargo ships stop spawning
Hi,
I run a 24/7 server with pirates, encounters and cargo ships turned on. Myself and the community really enjoy these features however they have stoped working for no reason. All needed settings are still on and nothing has changed with the server since they last worked. Pasting in a copy of a pirate base does not work either (drones still don't spawn). The faction is still there and nothing has changed with that. I had this exact problem with my old server which ran 24/7 for 2 years. Pirates and cargo ships would stop working for no reason randomly when nothing had changed on the server then months later they would work again. The community has expressed the need for pirates to work again and completely resetting them (turn all settings off, boot server, shutdown, re-enable all settings, reboot server) has not worked. I would like some assistance with this issue and will need to use Corruption mods for now.

We did not see this issue on our server prior to the SotF update. Now no pirates or cargo ships spawn in game for days.

Still a thing. On a server with no mods. NPC ships (SPRT's or otherwise) not spawning in space. Only Unknown Signals.

On our vanilla PC server, NPC ships would go past our bases on an average of 6-10 in a evening of 4-6 hours. Now the NPC neutral and hostile encounters have completely stopped. Not a single ship encounter in the past two weeks or more. This also remains true for the rest of our group of 5-6 players as they are all complaining about the same thing. Everyone enjoyed the interaction between these ships whether it be a hostile take over or attack on a pirate faction, removing this from the game has taken some of the fun and enjoyment from the game, please take a moment to look into this. ty.
