SP no pause in "connected inventory" mode
Reported
Playing SP survival, with no lightning mod only, when placing GPS it helps to pause in the terminal screen and navigate to the GPS tab so you can detail names and colours without time issues.
When you pause with "show inventory of interacted item" selected (helmet mode) then its fine, if you have "show connected inventories" selected (box mode) you cannot pause the game.
Hello, boolybooly,
thanks for letting us know about your concern.
However, it seem that the "pause" you are mentioning is possible due to the mod, am I right? Because I can not reproduce it in normal vanilla (without mods) gameplay.
If yes, then we are sorry but we do not provide support for mods as there are hundreds and probably thousands out there. It´s the mod creator responsibility to keep it up and running; please reach e.g. the mod workshop page and ask the creator if possible to fix the behavior.
If no, can you please share me the save file of some world (without mods) that you are experiencing it?
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
Thanks.
Kind Regards

Hi Ondrej, no sorry, its not the mod.
I validated the Steam instal - all files successfully validated - and tested this in several new games with NO MODS ACTIVE and the bug is still happening.
To Reproduce.
Because you say you cannot reproduce it I have included the steps to reproduce and I also include a dxdiag.txt of my PC system in case there is a difference between our systems.

Hello, boolybooly,
yeah, now it (doesn´) work :)
At first, I didn´t get that you mean the Pause/Break key on keyboard. Thought that the mod does it in some way as soon as you open inventory/Control panel. My bad. Thanks for steps to reproduce where I finally got it.
Issue successfully reproduced and put into our internal system.
Kind Regards

Thanks Ondrej. Hope it helps.
You must have thought I meant ESC key, understandable, is why one has to go the extra mile to explain sometimes :)
