Some players unable to connect to server.
Recently, I have began a dedicated server. The server runs fine, its is not struggling for resources, and many of our players are on the server without issue. However, some of our players are encountering a bug that when they are loading into the server, the enter the re-spawn menu, receive a popup saying "streaming", and then are stalled and unable to interact with the window. This will result in either the game or their entire pc crashing. We have tried changing world files and server host and the same issue is occurring, with the same players. This is not a issue of their computer being unable to handle the game, as they can play single-player and join other player who are doing a non-dedicated host, it is only occurring when they join any dedicated server.

We are having this issue on our server. It's unclear when it started, I fear most of the player base quietly went elsewhere. Many of our players either can't connect, or have had trouble connecting.
Even my self have had to retry connection on occasion. I have verified configs, and researched this issue so much my head hurts.
I have found NOTHING.
So far it seems like it might be related to MODS. But I have been unable to even verify that. I have Logs saved, and players from my community have submitted feedback. Hopefully we find an answer soon.
Of all of the issues we have had to fight to keep this server viable... this one is making it the toughest.
