solar panels and reactor don´t output energy to stations

every station i try to build don´t have energy no matter how many reactors or solar panels i build (mod or vanilla), on ships reactors only waste energy (with reactors 2 hours of remain fuel without reactors 3 hours) solar panels work fine though
