I like the smaller hydrogen tanks and was thinking that we could use a small grid small oxygen tank in a similar form factor.

Yes!!! it could be 2x1
The actual Oxygen Tank is too big if you dont want to refill bottlels, an smaller one well conveyored (same design as the big grid) would be really usefull

Yes please. We absolutely need a smaller oxygen tank.
Preferably 2x1x1 in block size, holding around 3500L of air. That would give it a capacity that's relative to its size compared to the current small grid tank, but slightly less so that the larger one remains better value if you can fit it into your build.

I vote for a 1x1x2 size (so its just a mini version of the large grid's small tank). And while they are at it, give us a proper 1x1x2 h2 tank.... not this double-wide annoying ports, Tower PC looking thing that is always awkward fitting and taking more space than the h2 it provides :D

Wouldn't even mind if the cockpits had a small oxy tank built in. They certainly seem to have the models to do so.
