Small grid mixed thrusters group issue

Hi,
I have built a small ship with large atmospheric thrusters and large ion thrusters to get off the planet. Everything works great, but when I group only all the [up] thrusters (mixed group of ions and atmospheric thrusters) and put these in the toolbar with thrust override increase and decrease, as soon as I use the increase thrust override all engines cut off, resulting in dropping from the sky. when decreasing to disable, the thrusters start working again.
if I just manually throttle up, there is no issue, only when using group and throttle override.
This is a bug. I would like to increase thrust override all the [up] engines to cruise-control up out of the atmosphere. :-)

I'm having a similar issue, but after putting thrusters into a group and I get out of the ship. All my thrusters stop working, and I have to grind them down completely and rebuild them to fix it. In addition problem persists even after deleting the group.
