Small Grid Laser Antenna idle energy usage is excessive

Small grid Laser Antenna power usage when idle (and only when idle) is excessive. This does not appear to be intended.
Large grid: 100 W
Small grid: 186 kW (or 186,000 W !)
When connected to another antenna, power usage is nominal.
