Skins almost time is not seeing in the game, but rarly something happening and skin load in game and i can see him. Please, fix it. Button "Refresh" is not working.

+ tools sometimes lose skin if they are not present on player

Just recently noticed it. Didn't think it was a real issue since the Metallic skin set is hardly too much different w/ exception being the tools, and the helmet is my main issue. But then trying on the Glamour and Skeleton Helmets proved the issue is occurring. Someone else commented on another forum about an identical issue.
In short, a skin per one or two parts of the model will only load the default skin, and at some later point they can change again. It doesn't seem to be caused by a corrupted file, as a reinstall of the game didn't fix the issue. Thinking it might be caused by servers with Steam or etc. Just my two cents
