Since patch [1.187} Buttons fail to work when pushed by more than one person

If you use a button and then afterwards someone else uses that button, the game will not allow you to use that button again until you reconnect. making button controlled devices useless. This has been reproduced consistently with both rotor and piston devices and a button panel since patch 1.187
