Shutdown message

When I shut down SE I get the "Space engineers does not function anymore" message.

(As you have seen from the screenshots its in Dutch)

By the way, I had rubber banding on a spaceship..(some people have complained about it? and I removed the landing gear and all was fine. When placing back landing gear, landing and later wanting to fly, the rubber band re-appeared. I have now used the retractable landing gear mod, and these gears do not cause the rubber banding, so check their code for the landing gear because that one does not rubber band, and the original ones do :-)

Keep up the amazing good work, I love the game!

Cheerio,

In my experience, this is generally caused when you have very little memory remaining. Likely due to a mod with a memory leak.

Does this happen to you when using a VANILLA instance? Or, is this on MP?

This when coming from MP, we do have some simple mods, but it happened after you updated MP. Its not a big issue as the game needs to quit anyway. But it is not nice when you close it to get this message. Maybe when clicking quit have the game flush the memory first?

I will check the memory usage. (I have 16Gb) also some in game freezing happens. I will check settings and memory.

After initial startup the game (combined with windows) use a total of 7,4 Gb, after some time playing in MP it goes up to 8,81Gb and after about two hours of playing memory is at 11,5 Gb. When quitting and returning to main menu it drops to 6,8 Gb of RAM used before I quit.

The "very little memory remaining" is not the case as, when coming from the main menu, I have about 9,2 Gb to spare.

So it is not a memory issue.
