Ships are dissapearing.

So I was playing at mars and I raided a stinging advesary and got its remote control, antenna etc.
I was going to use it for bombing the facility but I just put it to my station and I just went to take explosives then I turned back and it dissapeared. I checked the settings but there is no such something like that.
I did that again and after about 10-15 minutes or a new ship send from facility, older ones just dissapear.
