Ship parts built by me show as built by other player

On Keen Official server CA#1, I built several ships while part of a faction. I was removed from the faction by the founder, and now most of my parts show that they were built by that player instead of by me. My available PCU shows higher than it should.
I also discovered several other ships and parts that previously showed as built by a third player, and now show as having been built by my former faction founder.
I believe this is a bug. How do I change 'built by' back to me?
Update: if I grind the parts that show as built by the other player, I am unable to weld them back up again. The parts show as having all components but welding has no effect and the part remains incomplete.

Next day, most of my grids are gone due to this bug. I spoke with the player and they had never tried to transfer ownership and had never built grids or ships or even been to the other location where I had found them.
Everything I built or bought since the economy update is lost.
