Ship non responsive

Won't Fix

Me and my friend flew a ship from Earth to the moon with no problems. We stopped on some asteroids on the way there to grab ores and ice for our hydrogen and no problems. We land on the moon and start making a base. I go to fly the ship to go get some ores and nothing responds. I can override the ships thrusters and gyroscopes and they work but I can not use my mouser or keyboard. The only thing that works with that is the toolbar. The only thing that connected my ship to the ground was landing gear which had worked previously when we were at the asteroids.


The only thing that changed about they ship from the asteroids to the moon was I added a connecter to the side, but that shouldn't cause it to be un-usable. Is there a reason as to why this happened?

Hi Keen Team!

I can confirm the ship get stuck as a station and needs a Admin to copy/paste in No Gravity to be able to convert to ship because that option is not available so the convert to ship/station buttons are grayed out.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Forgive me as I am a little confused with both comments so will ask a few questions :)

Is this a problem you are currently having and need an admin's help on the server? If so, please pop to Discord and the channel for help on official servers, an admin should be able to help you. https://discord.gg/p4dHjU3C

If this is a problem that you have had sorted by an admin but wanted us to look at the issue of why this is happening, please can you provide a blueprint?

You can access your blueprints files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Select the correct folder where your blueprint is saved (local or cloud), zip the file and attach it here.

As I say, if the issue is server related, please contact an admin above :)
