[1.195.020] Ship Miners are unable to mine through Meteor Craters.

Me and my friend are playing on a server together, and we have Meteor Showers turned on. For some reason, however, our big mining rigs and ship miners press against the craters and do nothing, nearly breaking one of the mining rigs in the process. These craters can be mined by hand and can be destroyed through explosions. Anything to help fix or figure out why its doing such will help a lot.

Same thing and with a small "starter" miner. was working fine then all of a sudden it would not collect anything. However I could mine by hand with ease. Tried removing the drill and rebuilding it, and re adding it to the bar. Did nothing. Also for me it is not limited to craters, I can't even mine boulders and right clicking doesn't seem to work either.

I already reported this along with the reduced yield issue last week. At the time I think I recall some craters responded to block drills for mining but not tunneling.

Same issue - like running into a wall that drills cannot get thru. Having to "Mine" around the craters but they are everywhere!
Can hand drill them out but small grid ship cannot.

Same problem, I have tested in the latest 023 patch, and still there.
In total there are at least 3 posts reporting the same problem:

Same problem here - I can mine boulders with my hand drill, but not my rovers drills. Tried rebuilding the drills, copy/pasted the rover, restarted the session (single player, not a server), no change. I can mine dirt, stone, and everything else with the rover just fine... but not boulders.

Having the same issue in ANOTHER save - also single player... what is odd is, spawning in a different mining ship, that ship is able to mine no problem!

I can confirm that my small grid ship drill will now mine/tunnel through meteor craters in my singleplayer/survival world.

I am not sure why this is marked solved unless it is only considering meteor craters. Surface boulders still can not be drilled from time to time - sometimes a restart fixes it, sometimes not - it seems hit or miss.
