Ship Drifting after jumping with a marge block holding on a sub grid

I'm having an issue that has occurred a few times this week whereby ships thrusters will be active, fueled and powered but provide zero thrust.


The latest occurrence of this happened after I jumped with my main ship and had a grid carrying a few more sub-grids. After the first jump, my ship was completely immobile, it just wouldn't move. So I detached the merge block and was able to move again but only my hydrogen thrusters would work, ions were completely unresponsive(side note, the subgrid only had ion thrusters).

When I reconnected the grid again by the same merge block my ship began to drift and wouldn't slow down or respond to anything other than mouse movement.


I tried re-logging multiple times and spawning somewhere else to let the grid unload then reload but that didn't work.

At the moment the only way I found to stop it moving was to grab it with a landing gear on another ship.
